What is this tool?

The Last Working Day Calculator estimates the final working date after resignation. It subtracts an approved leave adjustment, then applies your calendar-day or business-day counting rules and optional holidays.

Formula used

Last working day = Resignation date + counted (Notice days - Approved leave adjustment)

Example calculation

If notice is 60 days and HR adjusts 5 leave days, the net notice is 55 days from the resignation date.
