What is this tool?
The Last Working Day Calculator estimates the final working date after resignation. It subtracts an approved leave adjustment, then applies your calendar-day or business-day counting rules and optional holidays.
Formula used
Last working day = Resignation date + counted (Notice days - Approved leave adjustment)
Example calculation
If notice is 60 days and HR adjusts 5 leave days, the net notice is 55 days from the resignation date.
When should you use it?
Use it when coordinating joining dates, handover plans, exit paperwork, relocation, or offer acceptance timelines.
